Heather, pictured left, always had the dream of owning her own business in the small town that she grew up in. After working in clothing retail for over four years she decided it was time to make a change. Her mother had gotten flowers delivered for her birthday and she instantly fell in love. Heather attended the David-Curtis school of Floral Design in February of 2004 and graduated with a 4.0 at the top of her class.
Felicity Flowers & Gifts was born on May 1st of 2004. Heather displays her creativity in the design room six days a week. Felicity Flowers proudly serves the town of Felicity, Ohio and surrounding areas and just celebrated its 3rd year anniversary. We would like to thank you for your continued support!
